Centering Prayer…Meets weekly at 10am in the sanctuary and on Zoom to explore the contemplative dimension of our prayer life with God and others. In our weekly gatherings, through communal prayer and study, we seek to deepen our relationship with God and the world. Contact us for Zoom details.

Christian Education

As summer days begin to transition into autumn, we are extra excited about upcoming Christian Education offerings from September, 2022 through May, 2023.

Please join in and add your wisdom as we explore, learn and share our Christian journey! We’ll use all of our God-given senses through books, art, music, poetry, discussion and contemplative movement, with a sprinkling of stillness in the Spirit.

October 23: Centering Prayer mini workshop and prayer experience
October 30-November 13: Faith and Politics in biblical and church history
November 20: Introduction to the labyrinth and a labyrinth walk onsite at Redeemer.
November 27-December 18: Advent Over the course of four weeks, we will explore the Advent themes of Hope, Peace, Challenge, Joy through visual arts, poetry, music, family traditions/storytelling. Parishioners will be invited to share their favorites each week.
January 8-January 29: Rowan Williams, Being Christian. Four themes: baptism, Eucharist, Bible, Prayer, seen through a lens of deepening, winter’s unseen but vibrant growth, new energy waiting to be born.
February 5-19: Celtic spirituality and earth.
February 26-March 26: Lent. John Philip Newell: video series and/or House Gatherings, a new initiative for group study.
No Bible Study Palm Sunday and Easter
April 16-May 14: Post-Easter themes: ascension, life transfigured, Via Del Lumina (Way of the Light similar to Way of the Cross. )
