In April, we are joining with three other Greensboro churches to serve Saturday lunch from one location, Greensboro First United Methodist Church.  Each month we will host the third Saturday.  The new organization is called Our Father’s Kitchen. This is an exciting new chapter in our outreach efforts!  Our procedures will change somewhat. Instead of asking you to donate the sandwich-making items, our volunteers will buy those and be reimbursed from a common fund that supplies all the churches’ needs. We continue to need your donations to help supply that fund to which each church will contribute. Our guests enjoy and often comment on on our homemade soup and cookies and we will still need those from youEach month we need volunteers to make sandwiches, assemble lunches and greet our guests.  Try it if you have not volunteered before! It is fun and very rewarding. If you would like to help in any way, please contact us.
Thank you for your continuing generosity and support!
